1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Sukaku Tech website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Specific engineering engagements are further governed by individual signed Statements of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreements (MSA), or binding commercial quotations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless specified otherwise in a signed client agreement, 100% of custom source code, design systems, and technical documentation authored specifically for a client transfer exclusively to the client upon receipt of final milestone settlement.

Pre-existing proprietary libraries, open-source dependencies, and internal boilerplates remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0).

3. Blockchain & Smart Contract Deployments

Clients acknowledge that public blockchain deployments (including smart contracts, tokens, and distributed ledger systems) are inherently immutable upon mainnet confirmation. Sukaku Tech strongly recommends independent third-party security audits for any contracts handling external user capital.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sukaku Tech or its directors be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party protocol changes, external cloud network outages, or smart contract market volatility.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any project dispute shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, without prejudice to international commercial arbitration provisions agreed upon in writing.
