Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Service Structure

Sukaku Tech delivers custom software engineering, design, and blockchain development on structured milestone sprint models. Because engineering involves substantial dedicated allocation of specialized senior developer hours, refunds are evaluated strictly against agreed milestone deliverables.

2. Pre-Sprint Cancellation

If a client requests project termination prior to the commencement of technical discovery or sprint kickoff, any deposit paid is refundable minus any accrued onboarding or third-party license expenses.

3. Active Sprint Work & Approvals

Once a milestone (e.g. Design Prototype, Smart Contract Testnet Build) has been formally reviewed, accepted, or signed off by the client, the corresponding milestone fees are non-refundable. If an active sprint is terminated mid-cycle, fees will be calculated prorated against hours expended and deliverables completed up to the termination date.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of deliverable dissatisfaction, Sukaku Tech provides dedicated remediation sprints to bring the codebase or interface into compliance with agreed acceptance criteria outlined in the Statement of Work.
